Several years ago, I purchased Warp to run an application. Today, I’m looking to use OS2 for another application, different machine. Since OS2 is “dead”, are there any licensing issues in transferring my previously purchased license to my new machine?

Actually oS/2 is far from dead, and still a IBM product, Serenity Systems hold the Licensing Rights to continue developement of eComstation which is based on Warp4:

Maybe as the legal gaurdians you should contact them ?

the licence always allowed for transfer as long as it was
only one machine per install set at a time..I was just
reading some of my warp manuals and I recall that bit..
