As long as you use HPFS, there's no need to defrag.

I only ever found one tool ( part of a freeware set ) for defragmenting HPFS. HPFS resists fragmentation anyway but you can look for the tool. I think I found it on a link from TeamOS/2 or os2ss (OS/2 supersite) websites.

Everytime I attempt to defragment my PC, I get the message that a have a locked utility that I cannot seem to identify or unlock. Perhaps it is my Norton's Program...have not been able to "detach" that either. HELP!!!
