USB is just a hardware interface (;-)

You can go to the excellent site Jonathan Buys: http://www.os2warp.be/index2.php

And see if your USB hardware is supported. Then any OS/2 application (even copy) can do the job.

It's Jonas Buys.

Of course you must use a method for file transfer. A laplink like utility is not supported. OS/2 is not a device nor DOS.

But is has many way to to connect supported USB devices.

I don't know if I put my question clear enough or if I didn't understand the answers. What I would like to do is to transfer files from my laptop to my stationary computer(or between to stationary computers) and I would like to use USB-connection instead of transfer via serial ports. The Hilgrave terminal programme does not support USB-connection as far as I know, for example. If there is someone who can give a concrete answer, I would be very greatful.

M$-DOS and NT4 and W3.x/95 and OS/2 do not support USB file transfer, though if you could write a driver/software package it is feasible, using a product similar to the one offered at www.lpt.com.
