i have a directx8.0 on my windows 2000 system and it doesn't seem to recognize my s3 trio driver. the driver is for windows 2000 but directx diagnostics says its uncertified. can anyone help. please e-mail me at this add: bjzt@excite.com

I downloaded version 5.30.05 of the driver for windows 2000 (The engineering release) and now my card no longer supports Direct 3D. Is it that I upgraded from DirectX 7 to 8, or is it the driver? HELP, PLEASE!
