I am a long-time OS2 user eventually forced by compatibility issues into the Windows world. I am looking for a utility that will let me convert the word processing files I created with DeScribe, the wonderful OS2-native word processor, for use under Windows. Specifically, I want to open stored .DSC files so that I can use them under Windows -- either as plain-text or as .DOC files. Has anyone undertaken such a conversion? Thanks, Jim Fallows

Forced? You only get forced when you want it! VirtualPC would be a solution to be compatible with everything, including 512MB ram, and at least HDD of 4 GB ;)

Greetings, JB.

I don't think there will be a solution for those documents; have you tried configuring it via OLE?
