format the 20 gig load 98- reboot to linux cd
and start install you will come to a portion in the install so you can format your second hardrive(hdb)for linux, given redhat 6.0 includes diskdrake(partition mngr).another portion of the install will let you install a bootloader to the MBR(master boot record)this is where your box will boot to and you will have a choice on which system to load. remember to load windows first since its bootloader will overwrite linux's bootloader.

good luck, Jon
