Coverting OS2/Reverse Engineering OS2

I am on a project that is converting an existing OS2 system to .NET. Is anyone aware of a product that would allow me to reverse engineer the os2 code in order to get some of the business rules out of the code.
I've looked around and haven't found anything yet.

I have yet to hear of a "decompiler" for binaries (EXEs, DLLs, etc)... because if you have one, let me know, I can break down all apps and get source code and modify it and create my own personal apps.
