Where I can download it? Can you send to me if you have it?

It is still considered proprietary software owned by "somebody" (I think Novell owns all the old Corel IP, but not sure) so it is not legal for just anybody to distribute it to you or anyone else. If you want to look into legal freeware or shareware alternatives, you can look at this site: http://www.os2bbs.com/ And, of course, you can troll around on the BitTorrent sites and find somebody distributing copies of it illegally (along with whatever they might stick with it...)
