Is there any new information on converting from OS/2 to Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 Server?

How about those of you who have done the conversion? Are you done? How did you make out? Did you find any tools?

1) they are based on an entirely different Kernal, let alone, thet are two very different Operating Systems

2)I doubt its possible
