Download IBM Networksclient from IBM web site. It must be installed as a service. (Right click network neigbourhood->services-> have disk-> type the path where you unpacked the client. *********** DO NOT INSTALL ANY SERVICE PACKS (3-5) AFTER INSTALLING THE CLIENT********
