computer freeze up, after I re-install

In first place my computer worked very fine. One day, I installed PC game on my computer. After that, my computer crashed. So I reformatted C: drive and re-installed os/s on my computer. But my computer freeze in very often. I have another computer had same result after I installed PC game on the computer But this computer don't freeze up, but hard driver is runs very slow as turtle and make a loud noise. I installed only 3 different programs on my PC. I don't know why? I checked all device manager, dignosis all hardware but did not find any errors Please, help me. I appriciate your great help.
