I'd like to use the following command in OS/2, is there a way? Now it did'nt work
xcopy /D If no date is given, copies only those files whose source time is newer than the destination time.

A quick look in the help xcopy section states that you MUST have a date parameter when /D is used. Format of the date is checked against your country specs.
