In the list on system setup > system setting > screen, there is only 640x480x16, how can I increase the color depth and screen resolution in OS/2 Warp 3 to at least 800x600x265 or maybe a higher color depth?

By the way, If you'll tell me to configure Selective Install (System Configuration) I already did that, it says for me to shutdown and reboot, but when I reboot, selective install opens up again, its like a thing that never ends...sigh...

If the only resolution offered is 640*480*16, you only have generic drivers for standard VGA installed.
Since I don't know what you've already tried, I would recommend you reboot your system, reset to standard VGA (just to unmuck things in case somethings screwed up) and then install the Scitech Display Doctor.
