Does anyone know if there is a CD-RW Drive on the market with drivers and software compatible with OS/2 Warp 4?

I don't know of any off the shelf but you can look at cdrecord/2 at http://www.fokus.gmd.de/research/cc/glone/employees/joerg.schilling/private/cdrecord.html
I belive that the last I looked they only supported SCSI CDRW's.

This is the only one I can located the URL for. There are at least three others More then this I can't help.

The correct URL for cdrecord/2 is http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Sector/5785/
The current version is V1.8a31b, ported by Chris Wohlgemuth. This thing is free and text only, but there are some PM wrappers available. It should work on any SCSI CDRW.
There is a commercial product called RSJ that's supposed to be wuite good but expensive. Look for www.rsj.com or .de. This product should be able to handle ATAPI toasters.

I have a CDR drive and use RSJ. Go to there website look at the supported drives list. I have an IDE drive and works GREAT. The software is expensive but well worthit.

I use RSJ CD-Writer (WWW.RSJ.DE) and an
Mitsumi CDR-4804TE drive. It's an IDE/ATAPI. Works great.

Am successfully using a Yamaha 4416s SCSI CR-RW with RSJ. Also tried CDRecord/2, which also works, but is clunkier and less flexible that RSJ. Found that RSJ causes problems with BackAgain/2000. BA/2000 promised to fix the problem at some point. So use xcopy, no problem.
