My bm says that it is corupted I deleted the bm partition but I can not set it back, I do not want to delete the original installaltion of Os2 is there any solutions pls...

Yes, you can go thru the OS/2 boot disks, then go into the FDisk screens and remove boot mgr, then readd it..

I've done this plenty of times without any harm to my other partitions that contain OSes.

I deleted it with dos6 fdisk then I went in with os2 fdisk and I cannot reset it??

Try this at a DOS command prompt:

FDISK /MBR

and then retry... if that doesn't work, I don't know what could have happened to that partition... I've seen this before but I try the same operation in Warp Server (WSeB) and it worked. If you have access to those boot disks, try it.
