Booting up from CD drive w2000 can't?

I get a error"Can't boot from CD code 4
I'm tring to install win2000 on 2gig HD
maybe bios can't support?
or MB can't either. I installed dos and fdisk
didn't work either. I got cmos set for boot from CDROM?

This is the os2 forum but...
Just use a win9x boot disk with cd support.
Go to the i386 directory and type winnt /x/b and you're away.
