Comment:

I have an IBM NetVista. When I boot the computer I either get a 1762 Configuration Change, 162 Configuration Change, or 1780 Hard Disk Error, message. I have not added any hardware or software, just all of a sudden it began to give me these messages. I searched on the net and found that it might be a result of a jumper not fully connected. Is there anything I can do?
