CPU/Ram: P4 3GHZ / 512MB DDR400

Hi,

Can any one help me on the below issue.

after installing OS2 Warp3 in my system, getting blue screen message 1.dll cannot run . The below are the Hardware configuration used.

MOBO: MSI 865GVM3 - 865GV Chipset
CPU : P4 3GHZ 800FSB 2MB Cache
AGP : MSI MX4000 64MB
MEM : 512MB DDR400
HDD : 80GB 7200RPM
