Reply: (edit)Are you seriously asking this question? Lets see...OS/2 old...AGP new. Figure it out yet? There should be a common sense test before someone buys a computer.

Reply: (edit)I'd like to know what's the difference between AGP and AGP 2x. Some technical details and general sense would be helpful. thanx

Reply: (edit)I wrote email to support@atitech.ca and they said the Rage Pro drivers for OS/2 were on their installation CD version 5.24 (it says 524 on the disk). I wanted the drivers in order to see if I could get OS/2 Warp 4 running on a Twinhead Slimnote GX notebook. They sold me the disk for $0 but required $10 to ship it and handle it. I got the disk, but I have not been able to get OS/2 working on the notebook. I hope I might yet be able to do so. I have 19 more days to figure it out. If you want to write to me, remove the vegetable from my email address (for no-spam).

Reply: (edit)Hey, I have a ATI All-In-Wonder Pro which uses the RAGE PRO II Chipset (AGP 2x) and I had problems with it also. But once you have the right driver disk that you mentioned there v5.24 then it should work ok. Just read the instructions and follow them to the LETTER! I had MANY problems since I have driver disks 3.5, 4.2 and 6. I had to get the ATI 5.24 from a friend. I'm willing to help out as much as I can, just email me. os2guy@canconweb.com

Reply: (edit)I got Trouble launching Ati Rage Pro agp 2x on Warp Server for e-business. WSeB is shipped with the new GRADD driver so mouse troubles use to occur. The WPS has no reaction to my mouse single clicks, only on double ones, but until the "net start server" is passed through and full screen session is launched ans switched to desktop. Could anyone solve it and/or suggest me any other driver (today I have difficult choice whether shipped by ATi drivers or Sdd one to use?) Thanx in advance.
