Try going to (http://www.scitechsoft.com) follow their links to the OS/2 downloads page. Download the BETA of their latest drivers,Follow the instructions and you should have some good drivers. Understand that these drivers are Beta but they have worked for me with the same chipset you have (different board manufacture) plus they have a list of all supported chipsets. IBM has licensed SCITECH to build the drivers for OS/2 to replace GRADD.
