Your ISP probably uses PPOE which is not directly supported. I've seen PPOE software for OS/2 but I believe that it's a bit of a cluge.

A better bet is to pick up an inexpensive router that supports PPOE and has a built-in DHCP server. This will also make a a good addition to isolate your system from the internet and help protect it. You'll probably need to download the current Mozilla browser to use the web-based setup facilities of most of the routers. An alternative to setup the router is to use IE (W*N) for that.

I've seen these routers at a local large computer store for as little as $10 (4 ports) after discounts and rebates. This will also let you hookup a desktop & a laptop at the same time and share the connection.

I would like to install OS2-warp4 on my P3 computer, but I can't seem to find the installation flops. Can you, or anyone you know, mail them to me? As far as I know there were three of them.

Brgrds,
