Where I Find OpenVMS DCL commands

Hello friends.
I m using OpenVMS 7.1.
Plz Tell where i can find DCL commands in detail.
and other operating commands for alpha server 800.
i have visit somany url's but not find any thing helpfull.

The two official ways to get DCL documentation are to (1) enter "HELP" at the DCL command prompt and (2) go to URL http://h71000.www7.hp.com/doc/os83_... This is the OpenVMS documentation page. Look for the "HP OpenVMS DCL Dictionary". The oldest version on-line is 7.3, but there have not been many changes since 7.1.
