can u please give some more info.regarding the communication between vms-windows,,,can we use DCE protocol? what are the other protocols for this,,and how they can be used?

Solved the problem through mailconversation.
DCE is overkill for this problem.
FTP was enough.

Another solution we found was even faster is opening TCP/IP sockets from VMS to Windows
