OS: OpenVMS 6.1
CPU/Ram: Alpha 4/275

During startup I get error message
%DSN-W-RECONQIO, unable to reconnect to LAT port at "a certain time". After about 5 -10 minutes the error goes away and I am able to connect to the server. I have not changed anything in that past few years on this server.

Ja,

Several questions:

- Has the OS been updated just prior to the appearance of this message
- Has the network configuration changed just prior to the appearance of this message
- Do you have a complete STARTUP log which includes this message?
