If you have a TCP/IP stack on your OpenVMS and NT boxes, than easiest is to install the Unix printing services on the NT box, and use LPD/LPR for communication. Unix printing services is an optional part of the NT installation.

If you want to connect the plotter as a NT share, you can install the freeware OpenVMS Samba client. Latest release will you find at http://www.pi-net.dyndns.org/anonymous/jyc/
