PCL & VAX environment access

Is there a way to restrict user to only the access of VAX environment. Thanks!

I'm afraid you're going to need to provide some additional information here. For starters, PCL has multiple meaning (Printer Command Language, Per Core License, etc.). As for restricting user access, that's probably going to depend on your network setup, but this can probably be done. But please be as specific as possible as to what you're trying to accomplish (including the version of VMS you're using).
