Years ago I saw a program called chipmunk this killed inactive user sessions after X mins.

If you know DCL I have a proc for you. It will require that you to know about logicals, lexical functions, symbols, etc. If so then you can take the one that I have and with a few minor mods you'll be killing users in no time.
