I am WORKING WITH vms,Decnet IV an Pathworks.
I need a command like RTL$, lib$, ... that show me, with a specific cobol program, node name and addres of the PC that run this program.

The system service you need is $GETSYI and the item is NODENAME. If this is a stand alone node (not clustered) this may not work, in which case $TRNLNM and look for the translation of the logical name SYS$NODE.
$ HELP SYSTEM_SERVICES $GETSYI
$ HELP SYSTEM_SERVICES $TRNLNM
