LOCKOUT when backup is performed

Hi I get the following message when I do a image-copy from disk to tape (compressed)
"Say Warn, F$Time(), " - ", "Backup $1$DRA5 has status LOCKOUT" %TAPEBACK-FRW4FS-W, 24-AUG-2002 00:06:05.42 - Backup $1$DRA5 has status LOCKOUT" And the backup will not be done.
Someone that can explain what lockout is and how to get around this problem?

This does not look like a VMS message, but like one that is generated by the command file that you execute. Look at the commands just above the place where this message occurs.
