Sorry,
Last I knew - VMS was not available for the Intel platform. You need an old VAX or a 'not quite as old' DEC-Alpha machine.
There was an emulator I heard about, to make an Intel machine support VAX code, but I've not seen it in person- or know if it's ok.
I suspect that the VMS world is currently in a state of uncertainty right now. . . As you likely know, DEC was purchased by the Compaq folks, which led to VMS stagnating. (It was struggling before, even though it was a good, solid O/S) Anyway, with Compaq now being purchased/merged by Hewlett Packard It's difficult to forsee the future for VMS, or the Tandem stuff Compaq also bought.
Good luck finding what you seek.
