When I am opening certain outlook express mail a message will pop up and say that I have an error in kernel32 and then the computer freezes. I am a new computer user so I really have no clue what I am doing? The system we have is Windows Me.

This forum is about OpenVMS. Ask your question again in a Windows ME forum (where you probably will be told to reinstall OE and/or Windows).
