i'm using OpenVms systems wich contains data base & I get my DB files using the tape (DAT) then I use quick tape to download files from tape to PC I've used a software to convert files with the extension .c01 to .csv but it works for some files & don't works for others. please could you help me to make another software, or show me how it is the openvms charaters format ?

the easiest way to exchange files between them is to use NetExplorer (from netexplorer.us) and simply copy or move the files using copy and paste mouse clicks. All you need is either DECnet or TCP/IP. NetExplorer provides explorer style views of VMS and Windows computers so that you can quickly locate and select the files which need to be copied.

srobert, I went to netexplorer.us, click download at netexplorer, and it gives me 403 error :( why ?
