Comment:

I want to change quorum disks on my 2-node Alpha cluster. Can I just run CLUSTER_CONFIG on each node and choose "change a cluster's characteristics," then choose "enable a quorum disk" and enter the name of the new disk I want to use?

Does CLUSTER_CONFIG modify MODPARAMS.DAT?

If so, after running CLUSTER_CONFIG on each node, I'd AUTOGEN/SHUTDOWN one node, then AUTOGEN/REBOOT the other, then bring up the first. I assume that QUORUM.DAT will be rebuilt in the new location automatically.

BTW, my current quorum disk is on an HSZ40 (SCSI connection), the new one on an HSG80 (fiber based SAN connection). Any problems there?
