Our company has about 75 computers. All of them use Windows XP except for 2 computers. These 2 computers are located at another branch of ours and they have issues saving excel spreadsheets at random periods. For example, they open up a spreadsheet and just simply save it, sometimes they'll get this error below:

Your changes could not be saved to 'file.xls', but were saved to a temporary document named '8A57000'. Close the existing document, then open the temporary document and save it under a new name.

I'm 100% guaranteed it's not a permissions or anti-virus issue, as I've tried from their machine and encountered the same issue. It works on my local machine but doesn't on their machine. I'm pretty sure it's something network related, but just don't know what.
