Comment:

I've just installed Kubuntu 9.04 inside of Windows XP Home. The screen image of the browser and other full screen images is shifted to the right enough to not be able to see the scroll bar on the right or have the close button appear in it's entirety. How do I shift the image to the left a wee bit so that it is aligned? There is a small black space/sliver down the left side, so if I can just center it, it should be OK

It doesn't have to be this difficult

I think Kubuntu has it's own partition
I'm not sure

The CD did the install itself and said it was installing it inside of Windows

I didn't use grub or linux loader or anything

sorry

i just started using Kubuntu and don't really understand it all just yet

It doesn't have to be this difficult

PS

I fixed the problem by adjusting the computer monitor itself

(the adjustment settings on the bottom of the monitor)

It didn't alter the same settings for windows fortunately

It doesn't have to be this difficult
