Writer file viewed/printed exactly the same

I would like to know how to set up a Office 97/2000 .doc using the OpenOffice Writer program so that when the person opens it and prints the .doc, they will be viewing the file the same way it was created.

My main concern is that a sentence does not carry over to the next page and ALL formatting, wich in this document is only paragraphs, is kept in tact, so that the person opening the file views the file in the same way that I view it.

Not necessarily the % view, but definitely the page margins and such( I say such because I don't know of any other settings other than maybe margins and maybe settings for when it gets printed that may cause a file on a different computer to be viewed differently or printed not exactly as shown from how it was created to be read).

My main concern is that one paragraph does not continue onto the next page both when viewing the file and when printed.

Open to any helpful suggestions, links and keywords.

As you mention using OpenOffice, why not export the file as a pdf file, which can be done directly from OpenOffice.
(Menu - File - Export as PDF)

The formatting, paragraph and page layout will then be the same whoever views it.
