Hi all. When I open Word 2003, it will freeze before fully opening, and I can close it down and it will work in safe mode after I reopen it. It doesn't matter if I open a file or just Word itself. When I try to open Excel 2003, it will freeze before it fully opens, but will do the same when it tries to open in safe mode, and detect and repair does nothing. I uninstalled the version I had, and installed another product key version, and still have the problem. I haven't been able to find any trouble shoot fixes or anything online that works. Please help, thank you!
