Word98, Not enough memory or disk

Need hint's, get "Not enough memory or disk space to run word". Similar message on all other office applications. There is not a corrputed template (normal.dot) for on the HD. Word can not be started without system files either, removed key applicable key from registry.... help! Thank you /Reine
