Word XP not printing text in shape

After putting an Organization Chart together using Basic Shapes in MS Word XP and adding text to the shapes, I try to print and all I get is the shapes not the text. Print preview show both text and shapes. Anyone know how I can print both shapes and text?

You could try 2 things - tools / options / print check include with document, hidden text - If you used a text box for the texe and have other drawing objects there, maybe overlapping, select the text box click draw, order, bring to front.

If its a standard org chart, then chances are that the "fill" colour of your shapes is white. If your background is also white, then you could just select all shapes and change the fill to "None".
Might work.
