Comment:

Whenever I try to reply a message in Outlook, it freezes and Word does not open. (Word is the default mail editor) However, WINWORD.exe is still active and I don't know why. It was Ok until a week ago. All office updates where made and XP is up to date. What is happening and how can I correct this problem? Thanks!
