When a Letter or any written Document is saved in .rtf the next time I open it I get two or three or more Error Messages telling me it can not find the Document and gives me Tips how to.....However, when I click all the OKs it will open. No big Deal to me, just would like to know why it is doing that and perhaps how to correct it. Thanks.

You're either switching the same document between different applications (Word/Wordpad, like you mention), or you have not saved the document in the application's preference format, TXT for WordPad and DOC for Word)
Try sticking to one program for that file, and/or try to save it with another format. Make backups of the file, before you do the latter.
