hello I have a user who says when he opens a word attachment from outlook he is constantly being promted if he wants to revert to the saved version. I saw the error and deleted his normal.dot file and then i had no issues. A few days later he says it is back. I cleared all his temp files and cannot get this error. I ONLY get it when i click on the attached file 2 times. Is there something I am missing? Or is he just click happy? :) This is office 97 sr-2b

It's the clicking on the same file two times, of course. It's trying to open another instance of the same file. Slow down his click speed. That should take care of it.
