I have a computer that prints multiple pages of a document on a single page (A 4 page document on 1 page, all pages are visible on the single page, however most of the text is overtyped by the proceeding page). It happened in Office 2K, I then upgraded to Office XP and the same problem occured. I tried the exact same file on another system running Office XP, with the exact same network printer and the print job comes out fine. All updates are installed on the troubled machine as well as the one that prints the document with no trouble.

Hi,
Im on a laptop at the moment without a printer connected..but im thinking its actually in your printer optons that are set from your computer that need "tweeking".EG: When I hit print I get a small pop up that askes how i want to print the document ..colour,black and white,no. of pages, ect, im thinking its in that box somewhere that you should be looking..not in the office settings.
Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Not in the printer settings.
All the settings on both machines "seem" identical (the one that works and the one that doesn't). That is to say, printer settings, word settings, identical printers (and drivers).I may just do a repair and see if that fixes things. It seems to me the Office install may have been hosed somehow.
Any other suggestions?

Has anyone found a solution to this. I am having the same problem. Here is the set up
Everyone in a particular office is having this problem with the printer in their office. If they print to another printer, then everything prints out fine. If I print to their printer it prints out fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
