We have a user who connects to our system using Terminal Services. She is using Word in the same way that 200 other people are. When she prints from Word she can only print one copy of a document. Using any other software she can print multiple copies. Her colleague, on the same terminal server and using the same printer can print multiple copies. The user can print multiple copies to any other printer. Anyone else logged in on her terminal can print multiple copies to her printer. This has confused many brilliant minds, so do any of you guys have a possible solution to this? She really needs to print many copies of documents to her printers (confidentiality and all that!) Cheers.

When you say she can't print multiple copies do you mean that she doesn't get the option to state the number of copies in the dialogue screen or is it that she selects six copies and only one comes out.
Is it a networked printer or just one attached to a machine
Does the print queue show multiple copies

She gets the option to print multiple copies, selects six and just one comes out. It's a networked printer, HP OfficeJet Pro K550, the print queue only shows one copy. This is not a new problem for this user, it's only just become important, but another user yesterday - who could print multiple copies - reported that she could no longer print multiple copies either. We have tried reinstalling the printer driver and reinstalling office.

We sorted this problem - it was the margin settings in the word documents she was printing. Reducing the margin width enabled the user to print multiple copies.
