Word - Font size incorrect

The font size in Microsoft Word XP is reported as being 12 pt, but it both appears and prints smaller than normal. Is there a way to fix this problem?

On the File Menu in Word, Click Print. On the bottom, right-hand side of the screen are the Zoom options. Make sure that Scale to Paper Size is set to No Scaling and Pages Per Sheet is set to 1. Hope that helps.
