I got this friend who is very worried because his word documents are getting corrupt in the strange way below, BUT not all of them [IMG]http://img422.imageshack.us/img422/5386/wordprob19al.jpg[/IMG] as you can see in the above picture the menu changes , it is not normal, doesnt even have a properties ... [IMG]http://img422.imageshack.us/img422/1789/wordprob24oj.jpg[/IMG] in the above picture he is trying to open the same file from Word He made a scan disk and no bad sectors reported. He uses Antivir as an antivirus and found nothing too ... what could this be ?! :confused: :confused:

Seem a few XP useres are having problems, see http://computing.net/office/wwwboard/forum/5789.html hope this helps, if not the problem may be in one of the 4 updated from MS over Easter. Delete them and re install one at a time and test to find the culpret. Avagoodweekend......
