Whenever i open any Word or Excel documents & try to access any table menu i.e. 'File, Edit, View, Insert.... ' using mouse, it doesn't show any content in dropdown menu, except the border of it. But if i open same file & access it using keyboard first then mouse, it shows all the menu content. I did reinstalled office but problem still persist.

no it looks lik this & the entire content is invisible that im able to see the letter on page that are behind the dropdown box. | | | | | |_____________| i did scanned with AVG8.0 then trendmicro but still no change

I think u didn't read my previous querry carefully. I mentioned that i reinstalled office again. before that i did deleted all office related folders that are in system drive as well as from registry. so there is no requirement to repair office. Right. im self a software application expert but never came along this kinda problem. i've tried all kind of tool even antivirus & spyware, but still problem is same. Im not gonna format PC to get rid of this problem, unless i find solution for this problem. Give me some perfect suggestion, don't play.
