My microsoft word documents are printing out really tiny in the left hand corner the page (it looks kind of like a thumbnail of the image on the screen). Everything else prints fine so I know it's a problem with word, not the the printer. The page is set to 100% and there is no scaling set up in the printing properties. How do I fix this?

Are you saying that a single page is changing font size just in the lower left of the page or are you printing some type of folded greeting card type document?Need more info.
Try going into page set up and change the "fit to '1' page wide by "1" long. Just delete the 1 in the length leaving it completely open to print on however many pages it needs to.
I had the same problem and this fixed it.
