Word 97 won't always close, and when I try to, I get a Server Busy box with the message, "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy." Sometimes when I click on the Retry button, the program will close, but usually I have to push the Ctrl, Alt, Del combination twice to restart my computer. It won't allow me to Restart using the preferred Start, Shutdown, Restart sequence. I first thought the problem was connected to my use of NaturallySpeaking ver. 4 speech recognition program with Word 97, but it happens sometimes when Nat Speak isn't running. Any ideas? Thanks much.

Bob-- Post#1452 does not answer my question at all. My problem is not that NatSpeak starts up without my wanting it to. I want and need NatSpeak to run with Word 97. That it does fine. The problem is Word 97 won't close or exit, and it seems that it happens most when NatSpeak is running with it. Thanks anyway.
