There is someone I'm working with who had his system upgraded from Office 2K to Office XP. He had a macro that updated a date/time field on each page of the document. This macro no longer works in Word 2002. That's all the info I have at this point. What else should I ask him to try to find a solution?

He'll have to view the macro code and see exactly what it's attempting to do. Then he can step through it and see where it hangs.
